I had no idea that cottage cheese had soe much sodium. We do not have a lot of sodium in our diet but that is part because we make most meals from scratch.

Daycares are such a mixed bag. I worked in one for a short time when the kids were a few years younger and I was appalled at some of the practices. We kept kids with fevers, who had thrown up. All under the guise of keeping mom and dad from getting stressed out or any pressure from work. My own daughter was forced to stay in care with a fever over the legal limit the state set because they refused to send me home with her. When they fired me, I thank them. Thank you so much for your lovely comment on my blog. I really appreciate it. It’s a hard time right now, but little by little I will start to feel better.
